Trolleycase manufacturers

For hard-shell cases, prioritize 100% Polycarbonate (PC) for its impact resistance and lightweight properties, or Aluminum-Magnesium alloy for premium durability. Avoid low-grade ABS unless targeting the budget market. For soft-shell cases, 1680D Ballistic Nylon or High-Density Polyester with water-resistant coatings are industry standards. Ensure the telescopic handle is made of high-grade aluminum with multiple locking stages to prevent bending under load.

Specify 360-degree silent spinner wheels with TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) coating to ensure smooth movement and noise reduction. For zippers, YKK brand or double-coil explosion-proof zippers are essential to prevent bursting under pressure. Request rolling tests (up to 30km) and zipper cycle tests (5,000+ openings) from the supplier's lab reports.

For the US market, ensure the built-in locks are TSA-approved to avoid damage during customs inspections. For the EU, products must comply with REACH regulations regarding chemical substances in plastics and textiles. If the trolleycase includes a power bank or USB port, it must meet CE, FCC, and UN38.3 certifications for battery safety during air travel.

Modern business cases should feature front-opening compartments for easy laptop access (up to 15.6 inches) and RFID-blocking pockets for security. For smart luggage, ensure the battery is removable to comply with airline safety regulations. Internal compression systems and wet/dry separation pockets add significant value for end-users.

Trolleycases are high-volume but relatively fragile. Require the supplier to use 5-layer corrugated export cartons and individual non-woven dust bags. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, insist on palletization and edge protectors to prevent crushing. Always include a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the 'drop test' results before final payment.

Suppliers often offer tiered pricing; a 500-unit order can reduce costs by 15-20% compared to a 50-unit order. If you are a startup, negotiate a 'Sample-to-Bulk' credit, where the sample cost is deducted from your first mass production order. For long-term partnerships, request OEM/ODM customization (logo embossing) at lower MOQs by using the supplier's existing molds.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF), detailed material specs, and the specific HS Code (typically 420212) to avoid customs classification disputes.

Trolleycases are 'light cargo' where volumetric weight often exceeds actual weight. Use the 'nesting' method (placing a 20-inch case inside a 24-inch and 28-inch case) to significantly reduce shipping volume and save up to 40% on freight costs. Discuss SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) shipping for wheels and handles if you have local assembly capabilities to further optimize space.
