Rechargeable touch light manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Battery Capacity (mAh), typically ranging from 500mAh to 2000mAh, to ensure a runtime of at least 6-10 hours on a single charge. Look for LED Color Temperature (CCT) adjustment options (e.g., 3000K Warm to 6000K Cool) and Stepless Dimming functionality. Ensure the charging interface is USB Type-C for modern compatibility and faster charging speeds.

For the US market, FCC and UL/ETL (for the battery/charging circuit) are essential. For the EU, CE (LVD/EMC) and RoHS compliance is mandatory to ensure the product is free from hazardous substances. Since these contain lithium batteries, a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are critical for legal and safe international transport.

Request the supplier to provide a Sensor Life Test Report, aiming for a minimum of 50,000 touch cycles. The housing material should ideally be ABS+PC for impact resistance or Aluminum Alloy for premium heat dissipation. Check for IC protection in the circuit design to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits, which extends the lifespan of the internal battery.

These lights are highly versatile for Cabinet Lighting, Bedside Reading, and Emergency Portable Lighting. Products with Magnetic Bases or 3M Adhesive Backing are preferred for home improvement niches, while IP44 or higher waterproof ratings are necessary if the target scenario includes outdoor camping or bathroom use.

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. You must ensure the supplier provides Proper Labeling and uses Certified Dangerous Goods Packaging. Failure to provide a UN38.3 report can lead to customs seizure or airline rejection. It is recommended to use Specialized Battery Lines or sea freight for large volumes to reduce shipping costs and compliance risks.

Always request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI). Negotiate a payment term such as 30% deposit and 70% balance after a successful third-party inspection. Use the Audit Reports available on Made-in-China.com to verify if the supplier is a Gold Member or a Licensed Manufacturer rather than a small trading company to ensure stable lead times.

The biggest risk is Component Substitution, where a supplier might use a lower-grade battery cell to save costs. Clearly define the Battery Brand and Cycle Life in the contract. For branding, ensure the Silk-screen Printing quality is tested for alcohol resistance to prevent the logo from peeling off during use.

Utilize Secured Payment Services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of delivery. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts. For first-time orders, start with a Sample Order to verify the Touch Sensitivity and Light Uniformity before committing to a full container or high-MOQ batch.
