Rechargeable mosquito killer lamp manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize lamps utilizing dual-wavelength UV light (365nm-395nm), as this range is most effective at attracting various mosquito species. Additionally, evaluate the killing mechanism: high-voltage electric grids (typically 2000V-4000V) provide instant termination, while suction-based vortex fans are safer for households with children but require a CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) for longevity. Ensure the device includes a bionic CO2 attractant or heat simulation technology to mimic human presence.

For rechargeable models, the Lithium-ion battery capacity should be at least 2000mAh to 4000mAh to ensure a continuous operation of 8-12 hours on a single charge. Look for units with USB Type-C fast charging capabilities and overcharge/over-discharge protection circuits to extend the battery lifecycle and ensure safety during international transit.

To ensure market access, the product must hold CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For the North American market, UL or ETL listing is highly recommended for electronic safety. Since these devices often use UV light, verify compliance with IEC 62471 (Photobiological safety of lamps) to ensure the UV radiation levels are safe for human skin and eyes. If the product includes a chemical attractant, it must comply with EPA (USA) or BPR (EU) regulations.

For outdoor or camping use, the lamp must have a minimum rating of IPX4 (splash-proof) or IPX6 (water-resistant). The outer shell should be constructed from ABS fire-retardant plastic with a UV-resistant coating to prevent the casing from becoming brittle when exposed to sunlight. Request salt spray test reports if the product will be sold in coastal regions.

Products containing lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). You must ensure the supplier provides a valid UN38.3 Test Report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Failure to provide these will lead to customs seizures or rejection by airlines. It is advisable to use sea freight or specialized battery-inclusive air lines to manage costs and compliance.

In the B2B electronics sector, a defect rate (RMA) of less than 1-2% is standard. Negotiate for a 1% spare parts allowance (extra units or key components like charging cables and grids) to be included in the bulk shipment. For large orders, insist on a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party to verify that the grid voltage and battery capacity match the agreed specifications.

Always conduct transactions through secure channels. Utilize the Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to ensure that payments are only released to the supplier after confirmation of shipment and quality verification. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use the company’s official corporate bank account verified by the platform.

Mosquito lamps are often lightweight but bulky, leading to high volumetric weight charges. Work with the supplier to optimize the retail packaging dimensions or request KD (Knocked-Down) packaging if assembly is simple. For the best balance of speed and cost, consider LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight for orders exceeding 2 cubic meters.
