Infinity tyres manufacturers

When sourcing Infinity Tyres, you must evaluate the Load Index and Speed Rating to ensure they match the specific vehicle requirements. For commercial applications, prioritize tyres with reinforced sidewalls and a high ply rating (e.g., 14PR or 16PR) to handle heavy loads. Additionally, check the Rolling Resistance Coefficient (RRC); lower RRC values can significantly reduce fuel consumption for long-haul operations.

Compliance is non-negotiable in the tyre industry. Ensure the products carry the DOT (Department of Transportation) mark for the US market, E-mark (ECE) for Europe, and GCC (GSO) certification for Middle Eastern markets. For the Chinese domestic standard, look for the CCC (China Compulsory Certificate). Always request ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates from the manufacturer to verify their quality management systems.

Request the Treadwear, Traction, and Temperature ratings (UTQG). A higher treadwear number indicates a longer-lasting tyre. For wet climates, ensure the Wet Grip Index is rated 'A' or 'B'. You should also ask the supplier for third-party lab test reports regarding high-speed integrity and endurance testing to prevent blowouts under extreme conditions.

Selection depends on the terrain: Highway Terrain (HT) patterns are best for fuel efficiency and low noise on paved roads; All-Terrain (AT) patterns offer a balance for 50% on-road and 50% off-road use; and Mud-Terrain (MT) patterns feature deep grooves for maximum traction in soft soil. For passenger cars, focus on asymmetric tread designs which provide superior cornering stability and water evacuation.

The biggest risks are product aging and flat-spotting during long-term storage. Ensure the DOT code (production date) on the tyres is within the last 6 to 12 months. To mitigate transaction risks, use Secured Trading Services on platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after the goods pass inspection.

Tyre margins are volume-dependent. Negotiate for Full Container Load (FCL) pricing, as shipping 20GP or 40HQ containers significantly lowers the landed cost per unit. If you are a new buyer, request a mixed-size container as a trial order to meet the MOQ while diversifying your initial inventory.

Tyres are bulky and heavy. To optimize shipping costs, ask the supplier if they can 'double' or 'triple' (nesting) the tyres (inserting smaller tyres into larger ones), though be careful as this can sometimes deform the beads of the inner tyres. Ensure the Bill of Lading clearly states the total weight to avoid overweight surcharges at the destination port.

Many regions (like the EU and USA) impose Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) and Countervailing Duties (CVD) on tyres originating from specific countries. Before finalizing a contract, consult a customs broker to check the HS Code (typically 4011.10 or 4011.20) against your country's latest trade tariffs to avoid unexpected import taxes of 30% to 100%.
