Plastic nozzle spray price manufacturers

The price is primarily driven by material grade (PP, HDPE, or PET) and the precision of the internal spring mechanism. High-quality nozzles utilize 304 or 316 stainless steel springs to prevent corrosion, while cheaper versions may use coated carbon steel. Additionally, the orifice diameter (typically 0.2mm to 0.5mm) and the output per stroke (e.g., 0.7cc to 2.0cc) are critical for ensuring a consistent fine mist or stream, directly impacting the product's market value.

For cosmetic and personal care, buyers should prioritize fine mist sprayers with ergonomic triggers. For industrial or chemical cleaning, it is essential to select nozzles with chemical-resistant gaskets (such as Viton or EPDM) to prevent leakage and seal degradation. If the product is for food-grade applications, ensure the supplier provides FDA or EU food contact compliance certifications.

Buyers must verify that products meet REACH and RoHS standards to ensure the absence of hazardous substances like lead or phthalates. For the North American market, CPSC compliance may be necessary if the nozzles are used in household chemicals. Always request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Leakage Test Report (usually involving a vacuum test at -0.05MPa for 5 minutes) to ensure transport safety.

To achieve the best price-to-quality ratio, aim for Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) of 10,000 units or more, where unit prices typically drop by 15-25%. Consider un-assembled shipping if you have local assembly capabilities to reduce freight volume. Furthermore, sourcing from integrated manufacturers on Made-in-China.com who own their injection molds can eliminate middleman markups and reduce lead times.

Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) protocol. Require the supplier to perform a functional spray test on at least 2% of the batch. Use Trade Assurance services on Made-in-China.com to secure your payment until the quality is verified. It is also advisable to request 1-2% extra spare units free of charge to cover potential damages during transit.

Focus negotiations on mold ownership and maintenance if you require custom designs. For standard models, negotiate based on annual volume commitments rather than single orders to lock in lower pricing. Always clarify the Incoterms (e.g., FOB Ningbo or CIF) early to avoid hidden logistics costs, and ask for tiered pricing based on raw material (plastic resin) market fluctuations.

Plastic nozzles are lightweight but high-volume. Use double-wall corrugated export cartons with internal polybags to prevent dust contamination. Ensure the cartons are palletized and shrink-wrapped to prevent crushing at the bottom of the container. For sea freight, verify the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 8424.89) to accurately calculate import duties in your destination country.
