Maggi cube factory manufacturers

A professional factory setup requires a synchronized system including a Mixing Machine (for blending salt, MSG, and spices), a Granulator (to ensure uniform texture), a Bouillon Cube Pressing Machine (the core unit for shaping), and an Automatic Wrapping and Packing Machine. High-end lines also integrate Cartoning Machines for bulk packaging. Ensure the machinery uses Food-Grade Stainless Steel (SUS304 or SUS316) to prevent corrosion from high salt content.

Capacity is measured in cubes per minute (cpm). Entry-level machines typically produce 80-120 cpm, while high-speed industrial lines can exceed 400-600 cpm. You must verify the compression force (measured in kN) to ensure cubes are firm enough not to crumble during transport but dissolve easily in water. Look for machines with PLC Control Systems (e.g., Siemens or Delta) for precise weight control and minimal waste.

Since this involves food production, the equipment must meet CE Certification for safety and ISO 9001 for quality management. The design should follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, featuring easy-to-clean surfaces and no-dead-angle joints to prevent bacterial growth. For export to specific regions, ensure the electrical components comply with local voltages (e.g., 110V/60Hz for North America or 220V/50Hz for Africa/Europe).

Yes, versatility is key. Ensure the supplier provides interchangeable molds to produce different weights (typically 4g, 10g, or 12g). The pressing machine should have adjustable pressure settings to handle various oil-to-dry-ingredient ratios, as recipes with higher fat content require different handling to prevent sticking.

Always conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) via video call or a third-party inspector before final payment. Request a running video of the machine using your specific recipe ingredients. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone verified on-site inspections by independent bodies like SGS or Bureau Veritas.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the sticker price. Negotiate for a spare parts package (including heating elements, cutters, and belts) to be included for the first 2 years of operation. Request a 12-24 month warranty and clarify if on-site installation and technician training are included in the quote or require extra fees.

Industrial lines are bulky and sensitive. Use Sea Freight with Professional Crating (vacuum-sealed plastic wrap and fumigated wooden cases) to prevent sea-salt corrosion during transit. Ensure the contract specifies Incoterms 2020 (e.g., CIF or DAP) so responsibilities for insurance and unloading are clearly defined.

Use Secured Payment services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after shipping documents are verified. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts; always use the official corporate account of the manufacturing company.
