Abaya and hijab price manufacturers

When sourcing, prioritize fabrics like Nida (Korean or Dubai grade) for its smooth texture and durability, Lexus for a matte finish, or Chiffon and Georgette for lightweight Hijabs. Ensure the fabric weight (GSM) is appropriate for the target climate—higher GSM for structure in formal Abayas and lower GSM for breathability in everyday wear. Always verify colorfastness to prevent fading after washing.

Request suppliers to provide OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification to ensure the textiles are free from harmful chemicals. For European markets, ensure compliance with REACH regulations. Additionally, verify that the factory follows ISO 9001 for quality management and BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) to ensure ethical labor practices, which is increasingly important for global brand reputation.

Focus on seam strength and finishing; French seams or overlocked edges are essential to prevent fraying in delicate fabrics. For sizing, provide a detailed size chart including length (usually 52-60 inches for Abayas) and bust measurements, as 'one size' rarely fits all markets. Ensure reinforced stitching at high-stress points like armpits and necklines.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (woven labels and hangtags), custom embroidery, and beadwork. You can also request bespoke packaging such as branded frosted bags or gift boxes. For large orders, you can specify custom dye lots to match your brand's unique color palette.

Always order a pre-production sample before committing to a bulk purchase. Utilize third-party inspection services (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI) at the factory. This ensures the fabric quality and workmanship match the approved sample before the final payment is released.

Start by asking for a tiered pricing structure (e.g., prices for 100, 500, and 1000 pieces). If you are a startup, negotiate a lower MOQ for a trial order by offering to pay a slightly higher unit price, with the agreement that the price will drop for subsequent larger orders. Mention your intent for a long-term partnership to secure better terms.

Textiles often attract specific import duties and quotas. Confirm the HS Code (typically Chapter 62 for apparel) with your supplier to calculate accurate landed costs. For urgent seasonal launches, use Air Freight, but for cost-efficiency in bulk, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is preferred. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from trade agreements.

Use secure payment methods and platforms. On Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers who have been verified by third-party institutions. Utilize Escrow-based payment services where the funds are only released to the supplier once you confirm the shipment of goods, reducing the risk of fraud.
